The Israeli public trust

A public trust is the legal definition of an arrangement in which a settlor designates assets to the pursuit of a public goals and appoints a trustee to accomplish said goals. The Israeli trust law 1979 describes the orders of the law that will apply to such trusts and mandates a list of action that must be performed by a trustee of a public trust in Israel.
